The first step is an initial consultation. This consists of a 60-90 minute call where I will gain an understanding of your business and what you wish to achieve. From there, we will conduct a preliminary SWOT analysis to determine whether the European market is a viable option for your business. During the initial consultation we will also draft a basic expansion plan and explore the various strategic pathways available.
After the initial consultation, we can begin the planning step. Some things involved in this step would be identifying the most suitable location for your business, evaluating commercial space needs (retail, warehouse, office, kitchen, etc.), and reviewing potential hiring requirements. This stage builds the foundation for operational success.
After the planning step, I will guide you through all the administrative and legal processes required to establish your European presence. This includes business registration, regulatory filings, opening bank accounts, securing insurance, sourcing and furnishing commercial spaces and recruiting employees, among other things.
Clients may choose a fully hands-off approach, allowing me to manage the process end-to-end, or a collaborative, hands-on approach. My goal is to make the setup as seamless and efficient as possible for your business.
The final few steps will involve me working closely with your businesses to analyze local markets, identify the best entry strategies and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and standards. These steps equip your business with the insights and infrastructure needed to confidently launch and grow in the European market.
